Domestic Shipping

We're a small studio - please allow up to 10 business days for orders to ship after date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Pre-ordered and custom requested items will ship after production. Production times may vary. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Please note that Ester is not responsible for items lost in transit - we appreciate your understanding.

International Shipping

We're happy to ship to our friends around the world. Please allow up to 7 business days for orders to ship after date of purchase, unless otherwise noted. Pre-ordered and custom requested items will ship after production. Production times may vary. All shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Non-U.S. orders may be subject to local customs duties and/or taxes which are the responsibility of the recipient. Any additional fees/taxes are not included in the price of goods and shipping - we do not control these prices and cannot predict what they will be. Shipping costs are not refunded for orders that are rejected for customer's failure to pay customs fees/taxes. Shipments may also experience delays due to customs. We recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information.

Returns

We hope you love your Ester pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order, unless otherwise noted as final sale. If it has been over 14 days since receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot refund your item. Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Returned items must be unused and returned in original condition with original packaging. Customers are responsible for shipping their returns. Refunds (minus any shipping costs) will be processed on the original payment method once returns are received. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

Return Instructions:

To start a return, please email support@esterthestudio.com with your order number and reason for return. Please wait for a Return Authorization and instructions, otherwise your return may not be processed.
